At The FUNctional Project, you are given the option of semi-private or personal training. In semi-private training, group sizes are capped at six people and all programs run for 12 weeks. For $79 a week you can grab a spot in one of these programs, where you will take part in two semi-private training sessions as well as two FREE small-group classes a week, also receiving nutritional guidance, 24/7 support and a free t-shirt and water bottle! This can be a great low-cost alternative to personal training, costing $70 a session for a highly personalised experience, including a free one-hour consultation.
