Studio 3 Australia is a 5 star facility where you can forget everything in the outside world and be “set free”.

Based near the heart of the Moonee Ponds shopping precinct, Studio 3 is one of Melbourne’s first boutique yoga and pilates studios.

Specialising in aerial yoga, hot yoga and reformer pilates, Studio 3 caters for all fitness and experience levels with classes suitable for beginners and experts alike.

Classes are offered throughout the week with early morning and late night classes Monday to Friday and morning classes available on the weekends.

Antigravity Aerial Yoga
Offered across different levels, this class is offered for Fundamentals, Intermediate, Level 1 and Level 2.

Antigravity Airebarre
Dance develops ideal bodylines through the toning and lengthening of muscles, while also developing balance and agility. Recently, new methods of ballet barre training have found their way into fitness studios as participants notice the many benefits of training physical grace. AntiGravity’s version, AIRbarre, challenges the body and mind beyond the vertical plane and up into the air!

Antigravity Restorative Yoga
Gentle, meditative, slow stretching and rehabilitative version of Aerial Yoga. This powerful method focuses the mind through visualizations as it floats the body through a series of gently gyro-kinetic motions

Antigravity Suspension Fitness
Suspension Fitness includes exercises that safely get you flipping, inverting and flying. Increase your kinesthetic awareness for better agility, build core strength, elongate your muscles and get a low-impact cardiovascular workout while suspended by the Harrison AntiGravity Hammock.

Yin/Yang
This class uses asanas and conscious breathing in combination with mental focus to develop awareness, strength, flexibility and relaxation.

Hot Flow
Hot Vinyasa Flow is a practice where asanas are connected through the breath for transformative and balancing effects. During the class you will build endurance, flexibility and strength.

Hot Power Yoga
This class will increase your flexibility, strength and tone. It is based on vinyasa flow and will challenge your mind and body.
