From the moment you step into Mudita's boutique yoga studio you will feel a sense of calm and peace surround you. Situated on the first floor our studio is designed with bespoke bamboo floors, large arch sky windows and views overlooking Charman Road.

Often people start yoga because they want to achieve a result in their body – Better posture, long lean muscles, improved flexibility, core strength or to lose weight and tone the entire body. Some come seeking relief from pain and discomfort in their bodies while others are looking to find a way to relax, de-stress and unwind. Or maybe they have chosen yoga to compliment another sport like running or cycling.

Whatever you are seeking, there are a range of classes with one that is sure to suit you!

The majority of our classes are ongoing, offered on a "drop-in" basis.

Classes


Vinyasa Flow

The practice combines stretching, strengthening, balance and Ujjayi breathing. Instead of pausing between poses as you would in more traditional yoga styles, each pose flows into the next, making it an intense workout.

Slow Flow  

In a Slow flow class you will be guided through each asana slowly and mindfully. Even the transitions between the poses become like a graceful dance. This slow, deliberate practice will build a stronger body while filling you with a sense of freedom as you flow your way into a blissful state.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha is a gentle, basic yoga class without flow between poses. Every class will include pranayama (breathing) practices, use of hand mudras (hand gestures used to channel your bodies energy flow) and a guided meditation at the end.

Yin Yoga 

Yin Yoga is sometimes referred to as Yoga for the joints, not the muscles. It directs the stimulation created by the asana into areas deeper than the superficial or muscular tissues. Yin Yoga works the connective tissue of the ligaments, fascia, joints and bones
