‘Get Fit’ - classes which are high intensity workout with short rest periods

‘Get Strong’ -  classes are a mix of full body strength workouts

‘Get Lean’ - classes are a mixture of strength and cardio

'Fit Mum Classes' - are run by their Physiotherapist Amy that specialises in Pre/Post Natal Women’s Health and classes can also be claimed with your private health insurance.
