These classes are capped at 12 people and the coaches always attempt to integrate as many aspects of holistic wellness as possible into a session. For $54 a week you can take part in as many classes as you want for 12 weeks, or if you are a new client you can receive 30 days of unlimited classes for just $84! You may also choose the TFP + PPY Combo, including 5 Performance Pilates & Yoga Classes and 5 TFP Classes for $249.
