Warrior Gym creates a safe yet challenging environment for women of all ages who are looking to build their strength and channel their inner girl boss. Group fitness classes are on offer from early morning until evening, with a range of membership options, including the option of a personalised nutrition plan, and there are even a couple of classes just for the guys!

Owner Sheena-Lauren aims to empower all of her clients with the confidence that comes from pushing one's own personal limits in each 45min - 1hr class, combining functional and multi-directional movements and utilising free weights, body weight and conditioning equipment. All of these classes are also designed to gain optimal results and burn maximum calories in the minimum amount of time!
