Pilates creates a thinking body which teaches people to become more aware of their bodies during movement.

The Pilates Method focuses on key principles in which every exercise is built around; Concentration, Awareness, Control, Breathing, Centring, Precision, Coordination, Alignment and Flow of movement.

All students are required to attend an initial 1-hour private assessment. Here we will take a history, assess your current posture and movement patterns, and start to teach you the basic principles of Pilates.

From here a structured program will be designed for you, tailored to your specific needs.
